Flower delivery in Trocnov from a local florist

Trocnov is part of Borovany and was first recorded in 1378 as Záluží. The chapel of the Virgin Mary and St John of Nepomuk, dating from 1909, stands there.

The Trocnov archaeological open-air museum in the Jan Žižka Memorial complex near Borovany is run by the South Bohemian Museum and has been open to the public since 2023. In April 2026, the South Bohemian Museum opened a new visitor and education centre with an exhibition in Trocnov.
